3. To scrupulously monitor our business practices and partners and be vigilant to ensure that GM is not engaging in exploitative behaviors.

4. To give back to our community in tangible ways, particularly in economic terms.

Governance

1. Although GM is a privately owned company, the founder adheres to principles of good corporate leadership and as such she has laid out the manner in which she leads GM.

2. The Founder/CEO is committed to ethical business practices and has embedded this ethos into the operations, processes and governance of the company.

3. A rigorous quality control program is in effect at all times.

4. A rigorous risk management protocol is in effect at all times across all the businesses that are developed by GM.

5. The CEO plans in the near future to begin recruiting 5 members for a Steering Committee. The purpose of this committee is to provide guidance, oversight, accountability and a system of checks and balances, to ensure that the company is going in the right direction. Additionally, the Steering Committee will also assist in making sure that the company does not violate its vision, mission, core values and ethical foundations.  

DEI Policy

1.  The founder has extensive experience serving all different people from different backgrounds. She has integrated this experience into the framework of Gold Mark. It is a foundational pillar of this company that we welcome and value all people.

2. Our DEI is reflected in our willingness to treat everyone whom we serve with respect.

3. Our DEI policy will be reflected in our hiring practices, the partnerships we form and our willingness to abide by governmental regulations in this area.
